Kansas Merchants &
Amusement Coalition
A Grassroots Coalition to Support the
Skill Game Industry in Kansas
WHO WE ARE
KS MAC is a grassroots advocacy organization representing small businesses across Kansas—including bars, restaurants, VFWs, convenience stores, and social clubs—that operate skill-based amusement machines. These games bring in critical revenue and offer a fun, local form of entertainment for Kansans.
OUR PURPOSE
Our mission is to support the skill game industry in any way we can. We will support operators of skill games and fight to ensure no laws are passed that would ban or unfairly restrict skill-based amusement machines.

WHY IT MATTERS

Skill games provide partners with 40% of profits with no hidden fees or additional costs. Another 40% goes to a local operator.
